Clients are responsible for reviewing how AI agents are used in their business and for setting proper escalation rules.
Clients may not use CalviumAI services for unlawful, deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, harmful, unauthorized, or privacy violating activity. We may refuse, suspend, or end work that we reasonably believe creates legal, security, safety, or reputational risk.
Pricing may include setup fees, monthly management fees, usage costs, and custom work depending on the project. Final pricing is confirmed after consultation and in a written agreement, proposal, invoice, or other written confirmation.
Refunds, cancellations, service changes, and project pauses are handled according to the written agreement or proposal agreed to before work begins. If no separate written agreement applies, we will handle these matters in a fair and reasonable way based on the work completed, costs incurred, and services already provided.
